Hi there, I am so delighted that you decided to visit me here at Speech Spark Therapy Services. I have been thinking about starting a blog for quite a while now and I am finally feeling brave enough to voice my thoughts in this public platform. I am a pediatric speech language pathologist with a passion for helping young ones reach their fullest communicative potential through effective and engaging therapy. Having mostly provided intervention in the private setting, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of diagnoses and speech and language concerns. Things stay fresh that way. I am challenged ( in a good way) on a daily basis. I have grown to love working with toddlers and the pre-school population. I will be writing, or rather typing, my thoughts, tips, tricks, and knowledge of various speech and language topics on this blog. Please feel free to message or email me any questions or topics you would like for me to address. I will be writing posts about various speech and langauge concerns, intervention, ideas for therapy ( for all my fellow speechies out there), as well as posts detailing my rewarding and challenging life as a speech language pathologist.
